My boyfriend and I love these spice blends. We have so many favorites, but our top 3 would be the Mexican blend, Dad’s garlic salt, and the Japanese 7 Spice Blend. I love to sauté red, yellow, orange bell peppers and tofu with the Mexican blend. The Japanese 7 spice blend pairs well with a vibrant vegetable stir-fry or mushroom Miso- Ramen soup. We both love Dad’s Garlic salt on roasted multi-colored potatoes or scrambled tofu.
I really commend the spice chef not only on the variety of blends and rubs, but how few ingredients are used in each product.
