Love this! I sprinkled four small loin lamb chops with 1/2 tsp of the Greek blend, half an hour before I broiled them. In the past, I just used salt, pepper and garlic powder. With the Greek blend, the true taste of the lamb comes through. I like the taste of lamb, and the Greek blend does not mask it but enhances it.
My boyfriend and I love these spice blends. We have so many favorites, but our top 3 would be the Mexican blend, Dad’s garlic salt, and the Japanese 7 Spice Blend. I love to sauté red, yellow, orange bell peppers and tofu with the Mexican blend. The Japanese 7 spice blend pairs well with a vibrant vegetable stir-fry or mushroom Miso- Ramen soup. We both love Dad’s Garlic salt on roasted multi-colored potatoes or scrambled tofu.
I really commend the spice chef not only on the variety of blends and rubs, but how few ingredients are used in each product.
